• One-on-one AI consulting and strategy sessions
• AI Revolutionaries Mastermind group membership
• AI-RE Elite Mastermind group membership
• AI Persona development services
• Tech strategy packages
• Membership programs

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing any service, you agree to the following:

• One-time services (consulting calls, strategy sessions): No refunds once the session has been delivered.
• Digital products (AI Persona, Tech Strategy packages): No refunds once delivered due to the digital nature of the product.
• Monthly subscriptions (Mastermind, Membership): You may cancel at any time. No refunds for the current billing period.
• Chargebacks filed without prior contact will result in immediate termination of access to all services.

4. Cancellation Policy

For scheduled calls and sessions:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session forfeit the session fee
• No-shows forfeit the session fee without exception

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials — is the property of The AI Real Estate Investor and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Members of our mastermind and group programs agree to:

• Treat all members and facilitators with respect
• Keep group discussions and member information confidential
• Not solicit or pitch other members without permission
• Participate in good faith

Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal without refund.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation.
